School of Motion class project
BRIEF
For the Illustration for Motion class I created an isometric future, fantasy Venice, Italy incorporating three major landmarks (Basilica de San Marco, Piazza San Marco, and Ponte de Rialto) and a typically seen lion-head fountain design to help convey the location.
After the class, I finalized my illustration and took it a step further turning it into a statement about how we can envision our future cities as green spaces, rich with alternative energy sources for a healthier environment.

I was experimenting with isometric illustration and decided to turn the illustration into a graphic to let clients know that I am available for contract work. I animated it and shared it via Linkedin and Instagram.

GOAL
Challenge myself to create an illustrated animation using Procreate.
PROCESS
I used several photo stills from a video to create the illustration of the skateboarded. Then, I created a whimsical background for him inspired by murals in public spaces. The final video was shared on social media as a way to stay active in spite of the pandemic.

GOAL
I was thinking about a social media campaign to engage Readers 2 Leaders followers and inspire them to connect with the organization through sharing information, and potentially images, of where they read. The campaign would be part of the new outreach supporting their new building location.
PROCESS
I drew a character and environment in a brand style I was developing for them. Then animated the illustration and text in After Effects.

BRIEF
Provide copywriting and a 3 frame storyboard for a 30 second candy company ad. The brief was to make it fun, use the brand colors in an outline style, and include the fact that candy can be delivered anywhere and is perfect for movie-time.
